Exchanges & Refunds
At The Little Christmas Shop our customers are our livelihood and it is so important to us you are happy, and taken care of. Whilst we do not offer refunds or exchange for change of mind, we do want to make sure your experience is a great one. Please read all descriptions and demensions carefully.
If you do have any concerns at all with your purchase we are here to help, you can contact us at thelittlechristmasshopau@gmail.com. or via our online platform messaging services (Instagram, Facebook). Please allow up to 5 working days for correspondence in the busy period of November December. If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you an invoiced return shipping label, (you are responsible for the shipping cost to return the item) no shipping fees will be refunded this is a cost you will incur, in most cases if it is a large item you will incur the bulky courier charge and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. All items must be in new condition with tags and original packaging and box.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on seconds sale items or gift cards. No exceptions.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, (within 2 days of delivery receipt) so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Your happiness is our happiness too!
We do not take responsibility if your goods are damaged in transit in this case you will be required to open a dispute with your courier.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned ie custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal goods (such as earrings).
