Shipping policy

We offer a $14 Flat rate shipping fee Australia wide. Bulky items such as Large Christmas trees are charged a $30 FLAT RATE shipping fee Australia wide and are posted via a separate courier. 

YES we do ship INTERNATIONALLY! Just send an email or screenshot of your order request and we will endeavor to help you secure your goodies for flight.

Your parcel is packed with so much care and all prices are inclusive of packaging and handling.

We strive to process and pack your items within 3 business days. Once your order has been dispatched please allocate approximately 3-14 days to receive your goodies (pending current postal delays)

Once collected by Australia Post or Courier we cannot accept responsibility for shipping and transit times and any delays as they are out of our control. In particular busy periods or delays caused by Covid 19.  Any mishandling via post or missing parcels, Please contact Australia post, or ourselves as we will ensure to assist you the best we can.
